E30 M3s are getting kinda rare, but even given that, it's E92 M3 money for a 26 year-old beat up 4 banger M3. Not worth it.

Well, he may be a bit high. I am thinking more like 25-28k. Salvage E30 M3's are getting 15-18k easy. If you showed up with a certified check for 25k i bet he takes it.
